This is the workhorse of our line and its sleek profile and no wait time to warm up makes this knife the ideal choice for most honey processors.

This knife is made of high grade #304 stainless steel and features a turned wood handle that is comfortable and stays cool to the touch. Now with an eight foot grounded cord. This knife is available for export and comes in 120 or 220/240 volts. Non-adjustable.
