Master Electric Uncapping Knife

This knife has a rotary control knob that allows the uncapper complete control over their uncapping temperature. This is not an automatic temperature controlled knife like our Economy Uncapping Knife. Just select your ideal temperature for processing your honeycomb by turning the knob to whatever temperature you desire.. you control the temperature!

We have a color coded temperature guide that should help with the initial temperature selection. When you are finished, simply turn off rotary knob to turn knife off. The knife user sets the temperature using the rotary dial switch. (No thermostat on this knife.)
