This is the finest cappings fork made! It is made from one piece of heavy stainless steel, the tool only weighs 6 ounces! The tines are laser cut and hand sharpened, no tines to break off, no handle to snap, it has a unique built-in scraper so you can clean top and bottom bars and uncap with one tool. Also comes equipped with a soft, washable molded handle cover. It can also be used as an uncapping fork. It is well worth the money!
