Use this tool to uncap frames of honey. This comb slicer cuts through the capped cell, opening the cell to let honey out when extracting.
Made of 100% food grade plastic
Leaves more wax on the frame so the bees have less work to do the next year.
Because this does not take off the whole capping and part of the cell you will have far less wax to filter out, keeping filters cleaner to filter longer.
This capping slicer works very well with item HD660, The Bucket Top Uncapper, slicer also locks into place on the uncapper.
